About

Observation ~ Connection ~ TransformationFrom neuroscience to filmmaking and mindfulness, my life has been a continuous quest to understand human existence and experience. Who are we in this particular time and space, how do we connect to ourselves and each other, and how can we live this finite life fully?Whether I am directing a documentary, supporting a production through my company, or guiding a meditation, I bring endless curiosity, deep care, and wholeheartedness to my work.Based in New York. Working globally.

Documentary Films

After years of mastering the technical side of production, I am re-embracing the messy, beautiful wonder of documentary filmmaking to creatively explore the quiet complexities that shape our everyday lives. In an earlier chapter of my career, my short documentary, Grandpa’s Wet Dream, took on a vibrant life of its own, screening at over thirty internationally renowned film festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival and the Chicago International Film Festival.

NEWS!!! Join our global group experiment in June 2026! As part of our doc in progress, Thoughts Are Thinking (working title), we are seeking participants to help us explore the world of thought and our modern entanglement with it. For more info and how to join, please click HERE.

My company, Funfula LLC, provides end-to-end production services from ideation and deep-dive research, to coordination, filming, and post-production.Over the past years, we have brought wide-ranging documentaries, news, and entertainment programs to life for major broadcasters and streaming platforms. Mindfulness & Meditation

In 2020, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) profoundly and unexpectedly transformed my life. Since then, the practice of mindfulness has become a way of living.I aspire to be of service to anyone on their own journey of self-exploration, healing, and transformation. I am a Brown University-credentialed facilitator and a member of the Entertainment Community Fund Mindfulness Meditation facilitation team, offering 30-minute daily practices. I am also currently pursuing my MBSR Teacher Certification.
